Her extensive relationships with the top Spanish Chefs and her visits to the kitchens of Ferran Adrià and Juan Marí Arzak, the top stars, has given her first-hand knowledge of the many secrets of the European cooking avant-garde. Enjoy a visit with her to Gourmet Market (opened in 1927) and get some products for your cooking experience. Afterwards, enjoy a private hands-on cooking lesson and the fruits of your labor around a typical Catalan table over wine and rousing conversation.
